The bundle contains one HydroView+ under-sink RO purifier and one Hhuhu Hydrogen Milker. They remain separate appliances with a measured source-water handoff between them.

The handoff
One water path. No direct machine connection.
HydroView+ and Hhuhu are not plumbed together. Dispense, check and transfer the source water using a clean vessel.
Source water
HydroView+ connects to a suitable cold-water inlet below the sink.
HydroView+ treatment
CF and RO cartridges produce the separate purified stream.

Confirm the current output against Hhuhu’s stricter operating limit.
Transfer to Hhuhu
Use a clean vessel to fill the removable rear tank with room-temperature water.
Prepare and dispense
Hhuhu enriches the compatible source water; it does not filter it.
Do not improvise tubing between the faucet and Hhuhu. A TDS reading is an operating check, not a complete test for every possible substance or microorganism.

HydroView+ installation
Plan the under-sink system first.
HydroView+ needs a permanent water, drain, faucet and power arrangement. Hhuhu can only receive suitable output after the purifier is installed, commissioned and checked.

Hhuhu placement
Leave room behind the countertop machine.
Hhuhu needs no plumbing, but its 476 mm body depth is not the full working space. The three-litre rear tank must lift out for filling, carrying, cleaning, drying and reseating.

If the reading rises
Stop filling Hhuhu and diagnose HydroView+ before assuming the source water remains compatible.Check the source and outlet readings, cartridge status, installation and recent use. Replace or service the purifier when its alert, replacement schedule or diagnosed performance requires.

The offer price combines the machines, not their service schedules. Keep separate records for cartridges, cleaning, serial numbers and faults.
Every 8–12 months
Replace sooner for poor source quality, heavy use, reduced output, rising TDS or an appliance alert.

Replace sooner if filter status, diagnosed performance or water conditions require it.
Every two weeks
Clean with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and air-dry before reinstalling. Never immerse the powered base.
No replacement filter
Hhuhu is not a purifier. Correct source water, tank hygiene, inspection and service still apply.

The bundle is one cart line, but HydroView+ and Hhuhu remain separate appliances with their own operating instructions, warranty periods and support needs.

01What exactly is included in the Wellness Starter Bundle?

One HydroView+ under-sink RO purifier package and one Hhuhu Hydrogen Milker package. HydroVitality is not included. Your final order will list the included installation parts, manuals and serial numbers for both appliances.
02Are HydroView+ and Hhuhu connected directly?
+
No. HydroView+ is installed below the sink and dispenses through its dedicated faucet. Hhuhu is a separate countertop machine with a removable three-litre source tank. Transfer suitable room-temperature HydroView+ output in a clean container; do not connect the appliances together with improvised tubing.
03Can every glass from HydroView+ go into Hhuhu?

Check the reading first. Hhuhu requires room-temperature purified, distilled or RO water with TDS of 5 or below. HydroView+ displays its outlet TDS, but the actual value depends on source water, filter condition and use.
04How much does the bundle save?

At the current live prices, HydroView+ is RM2,798.00 and Hhuhu is RM8,189.00, totalling RM10,987.00. The bundle is RM9,996.00, a current saving of RM991.00. Recheck the live cart and written quotation because prices and offer terms can change.
05Can I choose different colours?

The bundle pairs a Graphite HydroView+ body and chrome faucet with the white Hhuhu machine. The available finishes will be confirmed on your order before payment.
06What installation is required?
+
HydroView+ needs an under-sink position, dedicated faucet, suitable cold-water inlet, RO reject-water drain, protected power and service clearance. Hhuhu needs no plumbing, but it needs power, a stable counter and extra rear clearance to remove and clean its three-litre tank. Installation is assessed separately unless the quotation explicitly includes it.
07What maintenance does each appliance need?

Replace the HydroView+ CF composite cartridge every 8–12 months and the RO membrane every 24 months, or sooner when conditions or alerts require. Hhuhu has no replacement filter; clean its removable tank every two weeks with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and air-dry.
08What warranties apply to the bundle?

HydroView+ includes a 12-month standard warranty plus a 12-month extended warranty, while Hhuhu carries a two-year warranty. Each appliance follows its own conditions and exclusions, so keep both serial numbers and purchase records for support.
09Can I return only one appliance?

The bundle is sold as one offer. Any partial return, cancellation or refund will be assessed under the terms shown on the final order, including whether either appliance has been opened or installed.
10Does this bundle make a health or disease-treatment promise?

No. HydroView+ performs point-of-use RO treatment and Hhuhu enriches compatible source water with hydrogen. Neither the product name, visible bubbles, TDS reading nor bundle price establishes a medical outcome. Do not use the offer to replace clinical care or change treatment.
