Know exactly what the device produces—and what it does not.
HydroVitality uses distilled-water electrolysis to produce a combined hydrogen-and-oxygen gas stream. Its operating specifications can be described precisely without turning them into a medical outcome.
A mixed gas stream.
The nominal 2:1 hydrogen-to-oxygen mixture has a stated output of 1,000 ml per minute at 0.2 bar.
Bubbler, tube, cannula.
The combined gas passes through a water filter with a diffusion stone before reaching the connected nasal cannula.
Not a purifier or oxygen concentrator.
It does not treat tap water for drinking and does not provide a separated stream of medical oxygen or pure hydrogen.

Gas path
From distilled water to the connected cannula.
The mixture stays combined throughout the operating path; this is not a pure-oxygen or pure-hydrogen outlet.
Distilled water
Only distilled water is listed for the integrated one-litre tank.
Alkaline electrolysis
The cell generates hydrogen at the cathode and oxygen at the anode.
Combined outlet
The outlet is a nominal two-parts-hydrogen to one-part-oxygen stream.
Water bubbler
The stream passes through the front water filter and diffusion stone.
Cannula connection
Approved tubing connects the bubbler outlet to the nasal cannula.
The stated ratio and output describe device operation. They do not establish a clinical benefit, individual dose or suitability for any condition.
Operating sequence
A clear start-up sequence.
Complete the owner training before first use, and follow the supplied instructions for filling, inspection, operation, cleaning and storage.
Check before power.
Confirm a stable placement, correct distilled-water levels and intact approved tubing, bubbler, cannula, lead and connections.
Use the front button.
Switch on and wait for the audible indication and touchscreen. Do not bypass a warning, unexpected light or failed self-check.
Choose a timer preset.
The touchscreen offers one-, three- and six-hour choices. A preset is not a personal medical recommendation.
Look for blue light and bubbles.
Connect the cannula only after the normal blue operating glow and bubbles in the front water filter appear.
Stop rule
Stop, isolate and contact Velta if output changes, the unit glows unexpectedly, a leak appears or any accessory is damaged.Do not open the electrolysis cell, improvise a connection or continue because the timer is still running. Record the screen, light, water level and connections for support.
Duration controls
One, three or six hours.
Explore the one-, three- and six-hour timer choices. The correct duration and frequency for any proposed health use must follow the operating instructions and appropriate clinical advice.
Safety boundaries
Four checks before any session.
Hydrogen is flammable. Do not smoke during use, and keep the device away from naked flames and ignition sources. The product safety instructions remain mandatory.
No flame, smoking, sparks or hot work.
Keep the operating and storage area away from naked flames, cigarettes, ignition sources and activities that can spark.
Stable, flat and undamaged.
Use a stable flat surface and meet the ventilation, clearance, temperature, moisture and electrical requirements for the intended room.
No improvised gas path.
Use only approved bubbler, diffusion stone, tubing and cannula. Do not mix the outlet with oxygen or another gas without an explicit clinician-led and manufacturer-approved procedure.
No self-directed treatment changes.
Do not alter medication, oxygen or other treatment. Seek clinical advice for symptoms, diagnoses, pregnancy, respiratory or cardiovascular disease and concurrent therapy.
Water & upkeep
Distilled water is the only listed consumable.
The one-litre internal tank and front water filter are different vessels. Do not confuse a top-up with opening or replacing water inside the electrolysis cell.

- Use distilled water only. Integrated capacity is one litre.
- Front bubbler
- Fill only to its marked level and keep the cap, diffusion stone and connections correctly seated.
- Changed output
- Stop; check distilled-water level, tubing, cannula and refill-cap connections; then use authorised support.
- Internal cell
- Do not open, clean or replace internal water without an exact authorised service procedure.
Evidence boundary
Specifications are not treatment outcomes.
HydroVitality’s output, tank, timer and dimensions can be checked directly. Claims about a person’s health need a separate level of evidence tied to the population, intervention, comparator and measured outcome.
Confirm the exact unit.
Model, serial, gas output, pressure, dimensions, electrical input, alarms, accessories and certificates should match the Malaysian unit offered.
Do not generalise a bench result.
A cell, seed or laboratory experiment can test a mechanism. It cannot by itself establish a safe or effective treatment in people or the right session for an individual.
Demand the complete study.
Check whether a human study used this exact device and mixture, the condition and participants studied, control group, adverse-event reporting and clinically meaningful outcomes.

01What is HydroVitality?

HydroVitality is a countertop electrolyser that produces a nominal two-to-one hydrogen-and-oxygen gas mixture, commonly called oxyhydrogen. The combined stream passes through the front water bubbler and then to a nasal cannula. It is not a drinking-water purifier, oxygen concentrator or source of pure hydrogen.
02Does HydroVitality treat disease?

No. Device specifications, laboratory observations and clinical treatment evidence are different things. This page does not claim that HydroVitality diagnoses, prevents, treats or cures any condition. Discuss symptoms, medicines, oxygen use and treatment decisions with an appropriately qualified clinician.
03How is the device started?

Switch on the front button, choose a duration on the touchscreen, and wait for the blue operating light and visible bubbles in the front water filter before connecting the nasal cannula. Complete the supplied setup and user training before first use.
04How long should a session be?

The touchscreen provides one-, three- and six-hour presets. Those are device capabilities, not a recommendation for a particular person. Session length and frequency require the current instructions plus individual clinical advice where health use is contemplated.
05Can I change medication or oxygen treatment when using it?

No treatment or medication should be started, stopped or changed because of this product page. Consult a doctor or healthcare provider before adjusting treatment or stopping medication. Concurrent oxygen use needs a clinician-led plan and the exact device instructions.
06What are the essential ignition precautions?

Keep the product away from naked flames, smoking, sparks, hot work and other ignition sources. Follow the product rules for room ventilation, clearances, storage and shutdown. Stop if the unit, tubing or bubbler is damaged or behaves unexpectedly.
07What water does HydroVitality use?

Use distilled water only in the one-litre integrated tank, and fill the front bubbler only to its marked level. Do not add chemicals, substitute another liquid, open the electrolysis cell or attempt internal water replacement without an authorised service procedure.
08Which accessories should be supplied?

The operating set includes the front water bubbler, diffusion stone, connecting tubing and nasal cannula. Your quotation will confirm the complete box contents, approved replacement accessories, cleaning method and part numbers.
09What maintenance does it need?

Use distilled water and inspect the bubbler, tubing, cannula, cap and connections before operation. If bubbling or output changes, stop and check the water level and connections rather than opening the electrolysis cell. Follow the product care schedule for cleaning, disinfection, water top-ups and servicing.
10What warranty and regulatory documents apply in Malaysia?

HydroVitality does not currently have a fixed Malaysia warranty period advertised online. Your written quotation will confirm the duration, coverage, exclusions and claim route.
