Hhuhu is a specialised hydrogen-water machine, so source-water quality comes first. Pair it with an appropriate RO, purified or distilled-water source, then use the removable tank to prepare fresh glasses whenever you want them.

The white cloud is the difference you can see.
When Hhuhu dispenses, densely packed micro- and nano-sized hydrogen bubbles create its distinctive milky-white Hydrogen Milk™ cloud. It is the machine’s visible cue of fresh generation, then clears naturally as the bubbles rise and release.
The supplied brochure reports an average nano-bubble size of about 163 nm in a Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) test. That visible cloud and a direct dissolved-H₂ result describe different parts of the same fresh glass.

Hhuhu’s supplied brochure describes a dual-phase hydrogen-water story: an immediate visible cloud of micro- and nano-bubbles, with a manufacturer-reported nano-bubble population still measured 24 hours later.

01Is Hhuhu a water purifier?

No. Hhuhu enriches compatible source water with molecular hydrogen; it does not filter Malaysian tap water. It requires purified, distilled or RO water within the operating limit, plus a separate purifier if the household does not already have a suitable source.
02Can I use tap, mineral or alkaline water in Hhuhu?

No. Use room-temperature purified, distilled or RO water with TDS below 10. Do not fill Hhuhu with tap, mineral or alkaline water.
03What does the temporary white appearance mean?

It is Hhuhu Hydrogen Milk™: a fresh cloud formed by densely packed micro- and nano-sized hydrogen bubbles. The cloud is the appliance’s visible signature of fresh generation; dissolved-H₂ concentration is measured separately.
04Is the 10,000 ppm figure dissolved hydrogen?

No. It is presented as a combined dissolved-plus-bubble figure, not a direct dissolved-H₂ reading. For a useful comparison, use dissolved-H₂ results measured with the same method, source water, temperature and time after dispensing.
05What should I do if the red indicator stays on?

Check the tank level and seating first. If there is enough water, place an empty cup below the outlet, hold RESET for two seconds and allow the purge to run for about 20 seconds. If the issue continues, stop using the machine and contact Velta Malaysia.
06How often does the tank need cleaning?

Clean the removable tank every five days with mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly and air-dry. Wipe the main unit with a soft damp cloth; do not immerse it or use alcohol, solvents or abrasives.
07Does Hhuhu need replacement filters?

No scheduled replacement filter is required because Hhuhu is not a purifier. The removable tank should be cleaned every five days, while other inspection or servicing is handled as needed.
08What does research say about hydrogen water?
