Description
Features & benefits
Hot, cold or ambient water, ready when you are.
HydroForm+ puts temperature-controlled RO water at the point where you fill the glass, without a source tank to refill.
Skip the kettle.
Cold, ambient and hot water up to 99°C cover drinking, brewing and cooking. HydroForm+ heats and chills at the dispense point.
RO filtration in every glass.
PAC pre-filtration improves taste and smell before water reaches the RO and activated-carbon fibre cartridge, followed by an outlet UVC stage.
See the reading and know when each filter is due.
The display keeps the live TDS reading and separate filter-life percentages beside the temperature, volume and rinse controls.
Refill at home
Hot, cold and ambient water. Fewer bottles to bring home.
HydroForm+ fills a glass, carafe or reusable bottle directly, reducing the bottled drinking water a household needs to buy, carry and store.
Refill the bottle or carafe you already have instead of reaching for another disposable one.
Cold, ambient and hot RO water are available from the same connected purifier.
A steady supply at home means fewer bottled-water cases taking up cupboard or floor space.

HydroForm+ keeps its live TDS reading and separate filter-life percentages together on the touch display.

Better-tasting water in every glass.
PAC pre-filtration improves taste and smell before the RO/ACF cartridge and final outlet stage.

Check your RO reading.
The current TDS value stays available on the appliance display for an immediate everyday check.

Know when each filter is due.
HydroForm+ tracks the two cartridges separately and shows their remaining life by percentage.
A clean result across bacteria, toxic metals and pesticides.
SGS Malaysia tested water from HydroForm+ (HF20) across three important contaminant groups. Every reported target came back non-detect: total coliforms and E. coli; arsenic, lead and mercury; and the full listed pesticide panel. This goes well beyond a taste check or TDS reading—it is independent laboratory evidence covering microbiological and chemical water quality.
1 SGS Malaysia test report HNSA/260580406-AH86293, reported 7 May 2026. Results apply to the HydroForm+ (HF20) sample submitted for analysis. “Non-detect” means below each test method’s stated reporting limit.

Cold-water inlet
0.1–0.4 MPa operating pressure.
PAC + RO/ACF
Two composite cartridges.
Temperature + outlet
Hot, cold or ambient dispense.
RO reject water drains away automatically through a dedicated line. The installation needs a suitable route to the drain; there is no tank to empty by hand.
Footprint
180 × 425 × 380 mm body. Width is only the first measurement; allow practical rear, top and dispensing clearance.
Power
A suitable nearby point for a 220–230 V appliance with 2,100 W heating power.
Service access
The two filter positions, isolation point, tubing and ventilation need to remain reachable in daily use.
Filtration
Two composite cartridges and an outlet UV stage.
A PAC pre-filter, reverse-osmosis membrane, activated-carbon fibre and outlet UVC work together from inlet to glass.
Sediment pre-filtration
Captures suspended particles before the later filters.
Activated carbon
Carbon pre-treatment used for taste and odour-related compounds.
RO membrane
A nominal 0.0001 µm reverse-osmosis membrane handles the core dissolved-matter stage.

Shows the appliance’s current TDS reading as part of the everyday interface.
Filter-life monitor
Shows the estimated life remaining for both cartridges.
Auto-rinse
Runs an automatic rinse after filter changes and also provides a manual rinse control.
Child lock
Helps prevent accidental hot-water dispensing. Adult supervision is still important around children.
Eco mode
Reduces unnecessary operation while the purifier is not in use.
Filters & maintenance
Two filters, tracked by the appliance.
Follow the device prompt, each cartridge’s reference capacity and the written Malaysia service plan. The two filters are tracked separately.
2,100 L reference capacity
Replace when prompted or by the agreed local service plan; actual life depends on feed water and use.
3,000 L reference capacity
Replace when prompted or by the agreed local service plan; actual life depends on feed water and use.

Two cartridges plus an outlet UV stage
PAC and RO/ACF composite cartridges filter the water before a 2.5 W UVC LED at the outlet.

A slim body, with room needed behind it
At 180 mm wide, it saves side-to-side space. Allow for 425 mm depth, dispensing, ventilation, power, inlet, drain and service.

Both filters open from the front
Open the front panel to replace either cartridge. The two filters have different reference capacities.

Connected directly to your water supply
There is no source tank to refill. It needs a cold-water inlet, drain, power point and accessible shut-off valve.

Why every Velta purifier includes TDS monitoring.
Is your water filter working right now? Most families can hear the appliance and taste the water, but neither tells them how strongly the RO membrane is reducing dissolved material.
Illustrative reading—your inlet and outlet values will vary.
Assumption is not measurement.
Incoming TDS can change with the water source, building storage, internal plumbing, temperature and season. The same purifier can therefore receive very different water from one home to another.
A visible performance trend.
A consistently lower RO reading shows that the membrane is still reducing the overall dissolved load. A sharp or lasting change gives you a reason to check the source water, filter status and appliance—instead of waiting for taste to change.
One glance. A useful daily check. TDS does not identify PFAS, arsenic, microorganisms or any individual contaminant, so it is not a laboratory report. What it does provide is something most filters never show: immediate evidence that dissolved-solids reduction is happening.
Frequently asked questions
HydroForm+ FAQs.
Practical answers about plumbing, temperatures, filters, finishes, service and warranty.
01Does HydroForm+ need plumbing?
+
Yes. HydroForm+ is a connected direct-flow appliance. It needs a suitable cold-water inlet, an RO reject-water route to the drain, a nearby power point and enough clearance for operation and servicing. Countertop describes where it sits; it does not mean manual refill or plug-in-only installation.
02Is HydroForm+ really tankless?
+
HydroForm+ connects directly to the water line, so there is no source tank to refill. Small precision chambers help stabilise temperature inside the hybrid instant-flow system.
03Can I prepare infant formula at the 45°C preset?
+
Do not rely on the name of a preset alone. Follow current health guidance for preparation, handling and required water temperature, and verify actual outlet conditions. HydroForm+ provides selectable water temperatures; it does not replace food-safety guidance.
04What do the Carbon Black and Stellar White options change?
+
Only the finish changes; both colours share the same features and specifications. Ask the Malaysia team if you would like to arrange an in-person demonstration before choosing.
05How often are the HydroForm+ filters replaced?
+
The PAC cartridge has a reference capacity of 2,100 L and the RO + ACF cartridge 3,000 L. The appliance tracks both filters separately; follow its prompt and the written Malaysia service plan because actual life depends on source water and use.
06What does HydroForm+ show about filter performance?
+
The touch interface includes a live TDS reading, separate filter-life percentages and rinse controls, so current performance and the next replacement stay visible. TDS is a trend reading, not a test for every possible contaminant.
07Why use RO with treated Malaysian water?
+
A household may choose point-of-use RO for dissolved matter, taste preferences or uncertainty after public treatment, such as private storage tanks and internal plumbing. Check the local operator, building system and exact tap rather than relying on fear or a blanket national claim.
08Does HydroForm+ make sparkling water?
+
No. It dispenses hot, cold and ambient water. HydroSpark+ adds sparkling water and offers either a refillable source-tank mode or a connected setup, but it costs more and is physically deeper.
09What warranty does HydroForm+ have in Malaysia?
+
HydroForm+ includes a 12-month standard warranty plus a 12-month extended warranty for manufacturing defects under normal household use. Consumables and other exclusions in the Malaysia warranty policy are not covered.
