Outcome
One countertop appliance for sparkling, cold, ambient and hot filtered water, with a front dispensing zone that must stay clear.
HydroSpark+ · Countertop installation
Plan the counter depth and load, power, refill or connected water mode, waste-water handling, filter access and CO₂ changes before the appliance arrives.
Installation overview
Depth, working clearance and the route chosen for water and waste determine whether HydroSpark+ remains convenient after installation.
One countertop appliance for sparkling, cold, ambient and hot filtered water, with a front dispensing zone that must stay clear.
The 220 mm-wide body is 508 mm deep and weighs 21.7 kg. Check the full counter, overhead cupboard and front vessel space.
Use the 5 L source tank and waste tank, or plan a suitable cold-water inlet and drain for a connected arrangement.
Leave room to refill or remove tanks, replace the 4-in-1 filter, change CO₂ and clean the drip tray without moving the machine.
Six site checks
Measure the appliance and every action the owner must perform around it.
Record counter width, 508 mm machine depth, height below overhead units, front dispensing room and any door or drawer conflicts.
Confirm the worktop is level, stable and suitable for the 21.7 kg appliance plus full tanks and the dispensing vessel.
For tank mode, plan carrying and refilling the 5 L source tank and emptying the waste tank. For connected mode, confirm a cold inlet, isolation and drain route.
Keep ventilation, top controls, front dispense area and the route used to lift or remove tanks free after cupboards and small appliances are in place.
Demonstrate that the filter, CO₂ cylinder, source tank, waste tank and drip tray can each be reached and removed safely.
Use an accessible, properly earthed 220–240 V outlet suitable for the published 2,250 W load. Do not trap the plug behind the machine.
Installation record
A useful planning record keeps the owner, installer and future service team aligned.
Keep the home type and general area, counter dimensions, appliance model, chosen tank or connected mode, proposed date and the people approving the works.
Where drilling, plumbing or shared-property rules apply, obtain written owner, landlord, JMB/MC or contractor approval before work begins. Public image permission is separate.
Demonstrate filling, dispensing, waste-water emptying, filter and CO₂ access. Record any adjustment while the route and measurements are still visible.
After installation
Complete the registration, upkeep explanation and support handoff while the setup is fresh.
Retain the proof of purchase, model and serial details, installation record and warranty information.
Follow the appliance prompt and replace the 4-in-1 filter at its stated capacity or time limit. Keep the tanks and tray clean.
If performance, leaking, drainage or CO₂ behaviour changes, record the display and connection area before moving parts, then contact Velta Malaysia.
Installation and service
Share clear wide and close photographs, exact measurements, the proposed power point and whether you prefer refill or connected operation.
