How we research Velta guides
Velta Malaysia sells some of the products discussed in our guides. We make that commercial interest clear and aim to give readers enough evidence to check our conclusions for themselves.
Sources and comparisons
We prioritise official Malaysian agencies, product manuals, manufacturer specifications, recognised standards and primary research. Prices and availability are checked against Malaysian sources on the stated update date. Product comparisons explain where each option wins, including when a competing product is the better fit.
Hands-on testing
We only describe a product as tested when our team has physically used it under a documented method. Otherwise, the guide is labelled as a researched comparison based on published specifications, pricing, warranty terms and local availability.
Health and water-quality claims
We do not use fear about tap-water safety to sell water purifiers. Our guides distinguish official supply standards from conditions that can vary after treatment, including building plumbing, storage tanks and the source water entering a specific home. Where wellness research is preliminary or mixed, we say so. Our guides are general information and are not medical advice.
