Three steps to your everyday scent.
ScentStudio and ScentMuse use compatible fragrance oil directly, without adding water. Follow the instructions supplied with your model when fitting or changing its oil bottle.

Match the oil to your diffuser.
Check the scent name and instructions on your bottle. Use compatible Velta Vital oil with your ScentLab diffuser. Ask us before using a different oil or device.
- 02 / FIT
Follow your model’s bottle instructions.
Use the fitting and replacement steps supplied with your diffuser. If you are unsure which bottle or connection to use, send us a photo before fitting it.
- 03 / ENJOY
Begin with a gentle setting.
Choose the lowest scent-release setting available on your diffuser, then adjust to suit your room. How strong it feels will depend on the oil, room size and ventilation.
No added water, alcohol or other liquids. ScentLab’s waterless diffusion system uses compatible fragrance oil directly. It is not a water-based humidifier.

- Follow the storage and safety directions on your bottle. Keep it closed when not in use.
- Use your diffuser’s supplied cleaning instructions when changing oils. Do not improvise a cleaning mixture.
- Keep the bottle label so you can identify the scent when requesting help or a refill.
- For questions about a particular ingredient, intended use or precaution, send us a clear photo of the front and back label.
Quick answers
Do I dilute the oil with water?
No. ScentStudio and ScentMuse use compatible fragrance oil directly. Do not add water, alcohol or other liquids to the oil bottle.
Can I use this in another diffuser?
Check that device’s instructions and ask Velta to confirm compatibility. A waterless ScentLab diffuser and a water-based diffuser may need different products and handling.
The scent feels too strong. What should I check?
Reduce the scent-release setting and review your diffuser’s placement instructions. Room size, ventilation and the chosen fragrance affect how strong the scent feels. Contact us if you need help with the settings.
I can’t find my scent here.
