Why are people interested in hydrogen therapy?
Molecular hydrogen is being researched for antioxidant, inflammatory and cell-signalling effects. People explore it as a wellness approach through inhalation or hydrogen-rich water; the strength of evidence varies by the condition and outcome studied.
What do people commonly notice after inhalation?
Testimonials often mention relaxation, sleep, energy or comfort, but responses vary and a sensation does not prove a biological effect. Research looks at measured outcomes rather than relying on how a session feels.
What is molecular hydrogen?
Molecular hydrogen is H₂, a molecule made from two hydrogen atoms. It is a colourless, odourless gas and is different from the hydrogen already bound inside water molecules.
What does hydrogen inhalation mean?

Is oxyhydrogen the same as hydrogen?
No. Oxyhydrogen describes a mixture containing hydrogen and oxygen. The product design, output and instructions may differ from a hydrogen inhaler, so the terms and operating guidance should not be treated as interchangeable.
Is hydrogen-rich water the same as inhalation?
No. Hydrogen-rich water contains dissolved molecular hydrogen and is consumed as water. An inhalation system generates gas for breathing through its specified delivery setup.

Using a hydrogen system responsibly
Can generated hydrogen gas be stored for later?
No. Do not collect or store gas in improvised bags, bottles or tanks. Use the device only as designed and follow its ventilation and delivery instructions.
Can I smoke or use an open flame nearby?
No. Hydrogen is flammable. Keep the equipment away from smoking, vaping, candles, cooking flames, sparks and other ignition sources.
How long should an inhalation session last?
The video uses one hour as a common general-wellness example. In practice, output differs between machines and longer research protocols are not instructions for home treatment. Follow the exact product guidance and speak with a clinician when use relates to a medical condition.
What hydrogen output should I compare?
Output in millilitres per minute is one useful specification, but it is not the whole dose. Gas composition, concentration after mixing with room air, delivery setup, session time and the evidence for that exact approach all matter.
Can hydrogen build up in the body?
Hydrogen diffuses rapidly and unused gas is exhaled; it is not stored like a nutrient. Equipment safety still matters because hydrogen gas is flammable outside the body.
Can inhalation be combined with other wellness approaches?
Hydrogen does not replace prescribed care. If you use medication, supplements or another therapy for a health condition, check the combined plan with a qualified clinician.
What should using hydrogen feel like?

Is the Hhuhu Hydrogen Milker an inhaler?
No. It is a hydrogen-water generator. It uses compatible purified water to produce water containing dissolved H₂.
Can I use HydroVitality cleaning instructions for Hhuhu?
No. Cleaning, water, consumables and maintenance are product-specific. Use only the current manual and support instructions for the exact model.
Where can I find product-specific maintenance information?
Use the product manual and its Velta support page. Cleaning intervals, source-water requirements, accessories and service steps differ by machine.

Water, cleaning and upkeep
Can all Velta hydrogen systems use the same water?
No. Source-water requirements are model-specific. HydroVitality uses distilled water according to its instructions, while Hhuhu products have their own water-quality and cleaning requirements. Using the wrong water can affect performance, hygiene and service eligibility.
How often should a hydrogen system be cleaned?
There is no category-wide cleaning interval. Follow the manual for the exact model, because tanks, bubblers, tubing and electrolysis assemblies are different. If the machine is unused for an extended period, follow its storage and restart instructions.
Can I use household detergent, alcohol or descaler?
Only use cleaning materials explicitly permitted by the product manual. Unapproved chemicals can leave residues, damage seals or internal components and create unsafe operating conditions.
When should tubing or a nasal cannula be replaced?
Replace accessories when the exact product instructions require it and immediately when they are damaged, discoloured, contaminated, difficult to clean or no longer fit securely. Do not share personal-use accessories unless the manufacturer provides a validated procedure.
What details should I provide when asking for service?
Send the model, serial number, purchase or installation date, a clear description of the issue and photographs or a short video showing the display, connections and any alarm. Never demonstrate a gas leak near a flame.

Is hydrogen inhalation a medical treatment?
